I was trying to sign up for free and had to give my credit card number to see what type of items were available for auction. the next day my account was charged $99.00. When I called, I was told that I had to select a bid package to see items on auction. I am usually very careful in making selections that involve my credit card and do not remember selecting a $99.00 bid package. I asked if there was a lower bid package and I was told yes.
I am was told that each bid on an item uses up a bid (40-60 cents each depending on package). An extended bid process could erase any advantage in price.
The items available for bid are very limited with a lot of junk items and bid packages (who would sign up for this know what low value merchandise was available?. I would like my money back!
I do not like this dishonest approach to doing business. It is a signup scam from our good friends across the boarder
