The first transaction was 10/01/12, I saw the transaction but I had purchased something that had monthly installments of $39.97 so i thought i just miscalculated the final payment month. I again noticed a $39.99 charge on my online bank statement, November 2nd. At the time I had a purchase for a close amount thought I wrote it down wrong. Then again on 11/30/12 another $39.99 so I called the bank this morning and was told the transactions were for True Fax solutions. I called the number given and was told I could cancel and refunded $39.99 for this month. I explained that I did not sign up for this a would not pay that much just to send a fax. The represenatative then told me that I could do up to 1000/month as if that made everything okay. I asked for a supervisor and was told he was it (never had a supervisor answer a call) and there was no one above him. He offered to give me a email address. After I continued to ask to speak with someone else he hung up the call. I called back and spoke with a female who gave me the same story about sending an email, stating that was they only way they communicated with anyone. I asked her to email someone to call me. She refused stating that they would not call me back. I asked what the point in me emailing if I would not get a call back. She just continued to tell me to email them then she put me on hold. I tried to call them back several times and two different "recordings" (which sounded like both of the peope I had previously spoken with) would come on and put me on hold. How to I get my money back from this company?
