I purchased what were supposed to be real Beats Headphones but they didn't come in the original box and the Beats office says they are not licenced to sell the Beats and so are considered FAKE. They make them look real, they even have the cleaning cloth, the red talk cord and the papers that would come with real ones but I started to wonder when they didnt come in a sealed Beats box. I cannot get ahold of the company to return these and they are supposed to be a christmas gift for my grandson and cannot afford to just go out and buy another set of real ones for him. I am so disappointed and don't know what to do next.
