I was an infusionsoft client a few years ago. The problem w/ infusionsoft is their sales team and their own "followup". They prey on small business that are struggling to survive and neglect to explain to them the difficulty, additional staffing, time, and frustration you will go through to properly implement their system. If you are not a marketing guru or computer savvy individual, you will spend a small fortune on this software and end up with nothing to show for it. I lost %3000 in upfront fees and the rest in monthly fees.
