On 23 Nov 2012, I was charged an initial fee of $39.95 then a separate fee of $1.20 to both hit my account by 26 Nov 12. The company showing on my account said AELSupport.com with a toll free number 877-599-1197. I was left on hold for more than 20 minutes. When the representative answered the phone, he said they represent over 1000 companies. He took some information from me and found LifestyleDealsNow.com as the source. I have no idea who this is or what I would've ordered the day after Thanksgiving when I wasn't shopping. The man tried not to refund my money after stopping the subscription. I looked up this company and I haven't ordered any Ebooks. After insisting that he refund my money since it's only been 7 days, he put me on hold and came back saying it was taken care of. I contacted my bank to notify them to go after my money since AELSupport.com says that the order came from my house and had my physical address. There was no order made that these company names would be recognized.
