I have a website hosted by them. There are several issues with them to address.
0> The $ amount is whatthey are charging me for hosting a website.
1> H1 issue for SEO work
2> 301 redirect erro on home page
3>Uncooperative/delays/ in trying to get Veraseal put on site 3-4 weeks to do by them.
4> Here's a real laugh. THey say in their e-mail to give them a call and give them the issues. I call and call and they send me another saying to call and give them the issues. I am currently on my 10 loop te do here.
5> The errors are in the HTML language which I do not know and can not access fo how can I fix something I do not know or have no access to?
5> I am suppose to be making $$$ here. So far zip, but lots of issues and no return.
This is the AMERICAN WAY and CUSTOMER SERVICE?
