This company took $89 out of my account for their service, that I never applied for. This resulted in my account being overdrawn. I contacted them to put the money back into my account, and explained to them that this was fraud. They said I had to download this form and fax it back to them with my bank statement, then they would review it to see if it meet the guideline for a refund. This is crazy I didn't have to download a form for them to take my money. I hope something can be down to stop these people.
