  • My boyfriend we have just found out has had the same happen, guessing he applied for a loan too then. £67.70 they have taken out. Have you called the number thats on your bank statement?

  • yeah its 08449798500 it says the GTS*yourmoneyfinder.me and then that number. Not called it yet because he's in work.

  • Called the number and looks like i will get my refund by cancelling the application because i did not get a loan. i'll let you know if i do get this email later.

  • Got the address to send a letter too. he must include his email address and mobile no, and if he did not get a loan through them he can get a full refund. address is yourmoneyfinder.me 1 liverpool street London EC2M 7QD. hope this helps

  • I have recently sent off the letter to the company wanting a refund. After speaking to there advisor, i included all the details that i needed to. Does anybody know when/how long it takes for the refund to be processed??

  • I have got the money back after sending the letter 2 and a half weeks ago. they gave me another address in solihull if the London one does not work?

  • Yeah thats the adress that ive been writing to, do you know jay14562 which address your letter was accepted at. Its a complete joke is this, how can an enguirey lead to robbery??
