On 10/19, I ordered Ketone Breeze Order #17623 and Colo Cleanse Pure Order #17626....It was a free initial trial except for shipping. It was charged to my account for shipping only on 10/20/12.
I had 15 days to cancel renewal of these orders.
I sent their customer service a cancellation on 10/29/12 at 11:17 a.m. and 10/29/12 at 11:18 a.m. respectively via email to their customer service. I asked them to verify the cancellation of my request asap.
As of 11/3/12, having had no email confirmation of my cancellation, I tried contacting them by the phone numbers for customer service at 800-785-6012 for Ketone with being on hold for over 20 minutes and also Colo Cleanse Pure customer service at 800-680-8512 with also being on hold for over 25 minutes.
I again sent their customer service another copy of my 10/29/12 emails and also again indicated I was canceling any further shipment and indicated to them I would be disputing any charges to my credit accounts.
On 11/16/12 & 11/14/12 respectively, they billed my credit card $89.99 each. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company.
These commpanies are a JOKE! and a RIPOFF!!! I didn't receive shipment of the order until 10 days into the 15 day period, having NO WAY of knowing that they DONT WORK either! I am telling everyone I can what a scam it all is.
