International boundaries

This site is predominently filled with fake profiles by web cam scam women. After I posted a profile, they must have targeted me as a new member and I was avalanched with chat requests from people that had chat access by paying, but had no photos posted on most of the profiles of the women hitting me for chat requests. I caught on fast, but when I asked the Mate1.com customer support for my money back the same day, they refused. American comsumers have usually a 3-day right to rescission from any consumer contract and and for business-to-business matters it is within 24 hours. However, these Canadian and foreign based websites hosting these "dating/marriage" sites are outside the jurisdiction of American federal law. I recommend that no one use any foreign based or hosted website since I discovered tonight with some research to the FBI/IC3 website that these "romance" scams are enormous and lots of Americans are getting scammed by these Nigerians and Russians and Chinese based scams. Definitely do not use Mate1.com since they didn't seem too concerned and even knew what was going on but said they couldn't stop it. I don't believe that.
