I purchased a pair of Adidas Leopard print sneakers for my niece. I received them on Nov 20, 2012 via USPS through EMS China Track # EE731397970CN The package has no address as to where it came from. Was ordered through JSWINGSFASHION.com When the shoes arrived, they were not only NOT a womans size 8.5 but they were a mans size measuring 10 inches. They were falling off of her. I contacted the company in 3 days, via email. The representative said that it was the converted size, but in actuality it isnt. I said I want a refund and I would like to return today. No one ever got back to me. I can't find an address for them ANYWHERE and tomorrow will make 7 days since receipt, which they said you have 7 days to contact them about any issues and they have an "easy" return policy. Does anyone have the address to these people? How do you get your money back ? HELP please !!!!

- use the postal code from the EMS slip and the company name, and send it like that. then get a tracking number and provide information to your bank. Your bank will refund you your money. I doubt if the company responds to any of the banks request, because it does not respond to anyone. They are sooo Fraud! Buyer Beware!
