I am formally filing a complaint against SeniorPeoplemeet with the better business bureau. After attempting to turn off my Auto-Renewal, (which I still have 2 months of remaining PAID time), I noticed my profile pictures where not of me, and my profile write up wasn’t mine. When I emailed customer service, they responded on HOW TO cancel the Auto-Renew, and when I went to check my account to fix the photos and the write up, it was locked. My passwords had been changed, and after several requests to change it, I have received no responses, and my account is no longer shown on the site. I have paid for a 3-month subscription, and would like to receive a full refund, and have my account reactivated…I have alerted my credit card company as well. Apparently my account was deleted upon the cancellation of the Auto-Renewal!!!!! I feel like it has been hijacked due to someone elses phots being shown as me...under my (now missing) profile!!!!
