I ordered the trial of Mango from Primebrands. I hadn't even received the free trial when they charged me $89.99. I called customer service to complain. They said the trial period begins when the order is placed. I agreed, but hadn't even received the trial when the 14 days was up and charged the regular amount. They told me their terms and conditions clearly stated that Candian customers should expect a delay of up to 3 weeks. I told them I would like to read their terms and conditions because I clearly didn't recall anything in them about Canada. The woman on the phone told me I was acusing her of lying. I indicated I was not, I just wanted to read the terms and conditions for myself. I told them this was a fraudlent act and I should be refunded the $89.99. Which is the compensation I would like. Please advise.
