Complaint 18404 Details

I have been participating in Bidrack auctions since May(not sure od exact date) until about 10 days ago. I have won well over 200 items. So many times I have inquired over the prizes that they say have been shipped. I have printouts of the items I won,the monies I have paid for bids, costs and shipping, the charge card statements etc. Most of the items I have won show they have been shipped(some more than 3 months ago). I have inquired so many times over these things and still most of my winnings have not arrived. I have been told that they are in holding in a warehouse/postoffice overseas but they will come in. The items I have received are mostly small in-expensive pieces (poorly constructed and not worth the advertised web prices at all... especially the watches). I have complained many times to Bidrack and always received answers without resolution/restitution(sp) and now they have disappeared off the web. They have left a new [email protected] which does not lead to anywebsite at all and there is no phone # to call either. At this time, I would be willing to discuss joining in on a class action lawsuit. I have kept records of received items,expenses and many of the emails sent to me. I have notices of their claimed shipments etc.
