I placed an order on this website http://www.uggukoutletsale.co.uk/
it did seem as a real website. About 20 days after the order I had not received a tracking number and when I send an inquiry to their customer service I got the following in responce:

Thanks so much for your appreciation & patience.
Your order had been shipped out few days ago. We will emailed you again about the tracking number asap.
Hope you receive your package asap.

i had to contact them again and the response was still unclear as to where the boots are:

and this is the trackking no.SQ:U110168960
According to the current info, you will get it in coming several days.

I have now requested a refund but I do not think I will be seeing again those £80...
Is there a way to get the money back through the bank? I actually used a debit card and not a credit card.
