i ordered 5 bows almost 3 months ago! she charged my credit card and i never received my bows everytime i would try to put a complaint on her site it would be taken down immediately..tried contacting her on numerous occasions always got back an automated email..no wonder on the BBB website she has an F..stands for (Inappropriate Content Removed) rip off
