I went on home depots website to get a contractor. So, you enter your info and contractors start calling you. Well, I chose the second one that called. Thet sent two you g men out to repair my oven. I was told it was the igniter and they needed $85 to get a new one. They said they would be back in the morning. Later that night,(10:00)one of the workers (Sean Curry) called and said he was able to get the part. The short of it is my oven sorked for 2 minutes and all I'm getting from the company is the run around.So, watchout for Randy and Tom Ellis. And ask to see the contractors license, never pay with cash, debit/credit cards are best. If they don't take them, then don't use them. Oh, make sure the company's letterhead is on the proposal/receipt
