For the past few days I've been getting multiple calls, as many as 8 or more per day, from this company. They keep saying that I've applied for a loan with them when I haven't. Each time I've told them I don't want it, do not process anything, and to take me off their call list before hanging up. They never listened. I just found out that they did run a check through my bank account with the wrong check number, no signature, and incomplete information in general. This check caused an overdraft on my account. That's where the claimed $60 comes from, $30 for the fraudulant check and another $30 for the overdraft fee. This company needs to be shut down by force through the Federal Trade Commission for their fraudulant activities, some of which could possibly count as identity theft.
