David Andrew Sr is possing as some one working for a federal government funding program called Empowermnet Supportive Program telling FB clients they have recieved $150,000 dollars. When I checked into him and the company I am finding the scams and the other names used and the other pictures. He has contacted a string of friends on Fb that apparently play the same games, many of us are friends. When I tole him I was onto his scam and that wasnt his picture and that wasnt his name and I wasnt sending him $2000. He took his picture off the sight and at this time I am sure he will become a new name and anew face! Do not send him the taxes up front to get your $150,000!
