i purchased $200 in bids won numerous prizes and had to pay additional $60 for shipping fees which I have not rec. anything. I did email them for the first time in July 2011 and rec. this reply below:

demand of our product we have experienced a slight backlog. Rest assured, we
have amended the shipment problem and are working for an expedited delivery to

As of today 09-06-2011 when I go to the site I see:
