an unsolicited person came to the door and sold our relatives an annuity and a health care program. both of these people are elderly and incompetent to conduct any business transaction. both have had strokes and heart problems. both have do not prolong or assist in life support directives. only by chance did i become involved and was able to stop this loss from esculating further.
this was an act of preying on someone who did not know what they had signed on for.
