I suppose I was lucky...I ordered the same but my credit card was charged $99.74,,,I called my credit card company and disputed the charge, I also sent an email to flexseal and this was their answer to me:
"We have received your inquiry and a Customer Service Specialist will respond within 48 hours.
Please note: This is an automated response generated to confirm your email has been received; please do not reply to this email."
I subsequently received the following:
"Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding Flex Seal. To return your Flex Seal, please call us toll-free at 800-307-6201 to obtain an RMA number within the 30-day trial period. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted. When you call customer service to obtain the RMA number, you will receive instructions for how to return your merchandise. If you have further questions please call or e-mail customer service.

- I have attempted to call flexseal at that number numerous time...the blurb is "to hold because of the "overwhelming" popularity of flex seal...all service personnel are currently handling other customers"...I have held for long periods of time and never been able to talk to any "specialist"...I hope that my credit card company sees the merit in not honoring this charge...
