We were promised and guaranteed a lower interest rate on our credit cards and charged one of our credit cards $895.00 on 08/14/2012. Subsequently a representative got on the phone with us and the credit card companies and was not able to negotiate anything for us. At that point we tried to cancel the effort and get our money credited back to us but they said they could not do that until proof of payment of all our debt was produced. We now have that info but Key One can not be reached by any means of communication. I feel this company is a scam.
