This letter comes in the mail with no return address, so i open it and open the letter to read it and this check falls ot for 3000 dollars and it had a letter explaining what to do, like taking the check to a atm to cash but i took it to the bank which had the banks name on it but they said i could not cash it unless i opened up an account so i did now the money is there in a spend acct. and wont be available for seven days, but noe i dont know what to do but to go to the police with this letter and back to the bank.
