I filled out a loan application on PayDayLoans.com to see how much I could get approved for. They sent my information to various loan companies and my phone would not stop ringing off the hook. I checked my bank statement and a company called Hydra Fund I (I have never heard of them) deposited $100.00 into my account on 10/31. They did not even contact me and I never signed a loan agreement. I went to my bank the next day and they helped me get a number for them. I called Hydra Fund and asked them to take their $100.00 out of my account. On Nov. 1 $100.00 was withdrawn from my account for Hydra Fund I. Same destination numbers and ID numbers on the transaction. On 11/17 I received a voice mail from a man claiming to be a lawyer saying I was being sued. When I called them back they told me that Hydra Fund never received their money, and they chose to make an example of me and sue for the loss. He also said that I had an arrest warrant and the lawsuit would be in court in 45 minutes. I was so upset I was ready to pay them whatever I needed to not get arrested. Then they explained for how to pay them... They wanted the money on a GREEN DOT MONEY PAK. No legitimate loan company will use an anonymous way to send and receive money. My bank confirmed that they did, in fact, receive the refund and that if they tried to sue me, they couldn't because the proof is in my account. Now they keep calling and harassing me and will not leave me alone. I'm closing my account today. They should stop scamming people!!
