Had a home warranty contract with this company. My heating went out and they did send a service company out, I paid for the service call, the the turned down the claim them cancelled the contract. They took money out of my checking account every month but that is all. They gave me a report that they said the service man had reported, this was not the report that was given. I called the service company and on learing this they were very angry and said they would dispute that report.

- I would very much like them to honor their insurance like any other insurance company would, like my auto,health, home owners and other insurance companys would and take care of this claim, if not stop selling insurance or is it just a scam?
