I received a text message from TArgetContests.com with the Target red-dot logo, saying I had won a $1,000 gift card -- so I went to the website, put in the text# they gave me and it said I had won. Then I had to enter my cellphone number, which I regret doing now t hat I know it's a scam, but I was smart enough not to follow the next step which had to do with online dating and a monthly charge to my credit card. But guys, this is a scam for sure. The sad thing is, I tried to report it to Target, but they evidently don't want to know about scams using their name. So someone please tell Target and then everyone else not to get sucked into responding to their cellphone request.
