SCAM SCAM SCAM Don't send your $20, they only identify other lottery that might have a chance to win them. Read between the lines and the fine print. They claim you will be connected to information and a newsletter, the wording is misleading, "For a $20 transfer fee" they don't define what that means. The back of the letter states you will get a newsletter on lotteries. Do send back the postage paid envelope. Do enclose your form. They get charged for each envelope mailed back. If they open each envelope, they have to pay someone to do that, if they have to follow up since you did not enclose money, they have to pay someone to do that too! If you make them work, and we don'e send in our $20, you may help put them out of business.
