I ordered from ForeverComfy's website and, similar to the other complaints I've read here, I was grossly overcharged. Based on the information in the website's fine print I estimated the cost for 1 of their cushions + shipping & processing on a second (free) cushion to be about $35.00 total (not counting a supposed $5.00 discount for internet orders).

There was no order confirmation page to show the final amount of the purchase. I was not able to cancel the purchase in-process. Had I been aware that the total amount ($75 & change) was more than DOUBLE what I anticipated to pay I would have cancelled the order right away.

I attempted to contact ForeverComfy's customer service department at 1-866-304-4271 but they are closed on weekends. I also tried to locate my order info on their website but it did not show up.

I called my bank to put a stop on the order but they told me they could not pursue the matter until the charge was put through. Therefore, the responsibility falls upon me to check my account activity. My bank also instructed me to call ForeverComfy's customer service number on Monday to attempt to stop the order.

I believe ForeverComfy has acted fraudulently. I would recommend NOT ordering their product based on the way they do business. They are deceitful and their website uses disinformation and an overall lack of honesty in providing accurate, accessible information on their pricing policy.
