in 2007, i made a telephone for a dvd by Billy Banks. I received the DVD after numerous complaints of not having received it. That's all i ordered from this company. In 2010, i noticed an electronic deduction on my bank statement that had been on going for approximately 3 years and started in the amount of 20.96 and continued in the last year at 14.99. i never used this program because i did not order it and was completely unaware that it existed. To date i have not been able to get any type of refund from this company. Can you he;p me?
