MY HUSBAND ORDERED THIS PRODUCT AFTER SEEING THE DR. OZ ON THIS TYPE OF DIET. THE COMPANY RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS ON AUGUST 3, 2012 ACCORDING TO USPS TRACKING REPORT. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND IN 30 DAYS. TODAY IS NOVEMBER 16, 2012, AND AS OF TODAY, ACCORDING TO THEIR RECORDS, "ACCOUNTING IS STILL PROCESSING THE CHECK"! i HAVE CALLED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND ALWAYS GET THE SAME ANSWER, IN FACT I AM TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED!
