I was trying to look at my free credit score and paid an additional 1 dollar fee. I couldnt log on because the site was too slow and so I decided not to use it and forgott to deactivate the account I opened and for that they charged me a monthly fee of $29.99 I wanted to get a refund for these transactions since I didnt get to use the site and because they directed me to other sites that were suppossed to be free and had to pay for as well.
