Benefit scheduled for September 22, 2012 for St Jude Chilren's Hospital was canceled due to John West Sound & Lighting took $2800 cash for the stage & lighting but never delivered any services therefore, the benefit had to be canceled. This benefit would have raised $20k plus to help the children at St Jude. I had to get the police involved to contact John West @ 770-743-9784 after several conflicting conversations the police were able to assist me in recooperating $2500 of the funds which were wired to me from McDonough,Ga.to prevent criminal prosecution however civil charges could still be filed but would not prevent John West from scamming another person and I was advised that the civil process would probabley cost me more money than it would be worth or to recoop any funds frome this John West. Money spent on passes, wrist bands, tickets plus gas and time is valued at $1500. John West is using an alias "Jack Whittmore" at Tkl Enterprizes as the stage contractor located in Nevada with phone numbers(385)200-0984 & (385)200-0945 which goes to global tell message machine and the police determined "Jack Whittmore" did not exist.
