I signed up for the PureBerryMax free 14 day trial offer.I called to cancell as the order was placed Aug.th. I assummed if the order was for 14 days you would have 14 days to to try it. I did not get the product until Aug,10th. So I did not have the product for a full 14 days to try before they charged my account. I have tried to have them reimburse me and they said it is 14days from when you charged the product. They also said 100%customer satisfaction. Well I am not satisfied. I have gone around and around with them and they will not give me the money back. I don't even like the product. The web said Rachael Ray lost 30pounds on this product. Maybe that is false also. Let me know how I can get my money back from these rip off artists.
