At first I thought this was great and cound not remember if I had signed up for one or not. because I get those offers quite often, but have never signed up. However, if this is totally free, why would they want my credit card number? Thank God I did not have my credit card on me! I just want to know if there is a way this can be stopped and if Target is doing anything to back themselves up in this scam. I work in retail as well, so I know how it is dealing with scammers. I did not give out my credit card information, but I still want to know if I am in the clear. How do I know this will not happen again?
