I bought Ugg Broome Boots from site uk.todaybuyshop.co.uk and have received. From looking on the net they are fake, box incorrect, fit not true to size and they are not as pictured. I want my money back but do not know how to go about it as the boots now appear to have come from Hong Kong and the company now not responding

I am in the same boat. Thought they were the original ugg australia site but once I had purchased the 'uggs' I realised my mistake. 'Customer service' are extreamly unprofessional and as such I have no doubt they are a fraud site.
I'm currently in talks with the fraud team at my bank to resolve the issue. You should do the same and report them to Ugg australia, who have a facility to do so on their website.
