Attempted internet order for 2 cuhions that should have been 40 total. When the order was finished, it was for 80. The website ordering process is convoluted and confusing, and there was never a final review of my order, just a final amount charged. But I did get offered around 8 other things while fighting my way to the checkout screen.
Customer service said the order was "not in the system" and I would have to keep trying until the issue was resolved. If it did get shipped, I'd be billed for the full amount and have to pay to ship anything back.
Stay tuned for more.......

- Next day, contacted customer service by telephone, stated problem and was told it's corrected. Will be checking credit card info to see what was actually billed......

Finally arrived. The order was correct, and my credit card statement shows the proper amount. The product is fine for me, but the steps to purchase them was not enjoyable. Thank you for this forum
