I ordered this product, and once I realized how much it would cost me after free trial, I called to cancel, well they offered me the product at reduced rate of $39.99 for each bottle, instead of the $79.99 per bottle. But it doesn't work, and I have ulcerative colitis, and it really upset my condition. I just called them today at 1(888)926-9873 and cancelled my order, however I could not be credited for the bottles they sent bc they were opened!!!! How are u supposed to know if it works or not if u don't try it? Anyways an Ian assured me I will not be billed or sent anymore bottles, but in reading other reviews, I believe I will be going to bank tidy and changing that credit card number just to ensure I don't get billed
