Some company named Hydra Fund 2 has been taking money out of my account for some time now. I applied for a payday loan on line but didn't find one that i liked so i never got one. Two weeks later i'm getting the amount of 29.00 take out of my account every other day. I've tried calling the company but i never get a answer and it sends me to voicemail. How can this be? I never signed any loans saying i wanted money posted in my account or i never received any emails or calls saying that i've been approved for a loan. I told my bank about it and they deposited the money back into my account. I told my bank to stop letting the company take money out of my account, and guess what, a few days later, more 29.00 amounts were taken out of my account. Does anyone know any other way to get in contact with these people or is there anyway i can take this to court? This is getting ridiculous and needs to stop. I see i'm not the only one this has happened to and there's hundreds or even thousands of complaints. How are these people still open?
