This is a General Contractor who will claim to be a pool and energy pro. Peter Phelps of Sun Stuff uses all sub contractors. You will not find him on a job.

Our project started in October of 2010. As of today our 16 person Jacuzzi has not been completed. This is a stone in ground spa. The builder Peter Phelps of Sun Stuff has taken our money. He built the spa smaller than the contract. He put extra holes in it by mistake when they formed the cement. The pool is lopsided. The gunite finish has patch marks where they have tried to repair faulty jet piping.

Almost a year later and here is the run down:
Spa built 28% smaller than the contract clearly reads.
Spa Lopsided
Spa Leaks
Only Some Jets work.
Gunite Pebble Tech Finish Patched
He got an arbitrator against us. The arbitrator fired him after finding out the facts.

The builder has since done another pool in the area. It was a fiberglass pool. He ripped off one of my own contractors on this job and left this customer with problem also.

I have the name of (2) pool plaster companies that can give you other examples of this disaster of a company. Don't do business with them.
