My car was what they call side swiped by an Empowered unlicensed driver...issued a ticket only for no license told our ins. would work it out, problem is, Empowered has failded as a reliable company to contact me. I have had to contact them, only to find out I am on my 2nd Adjuster still with no contact from the company still, no contact...I have not ever seen a company so irresponsible. Why insure someone without a license? Then you want to place blame or have comflict with the license driver, this is very dishonest...By the way there rating is a B- I think it should be a D they are the worst ever...
