Steve was having financial problems and asked to borrow money until he could get to Sacramento to sell his treasure worth 80 thousand. So I foolishly western union money to Alice Link for Steve in the amount of $1,650.and never heard from him after that. Recently I Emailed Steve and told him I was in a financial situation and asked him if he was any better off and could he possibly return the favor and repay the money he owed to me. He said he could and mailed me a check. The check was for more than he owed to me so he said I could western union the balance to a doctor in Washington. I told him that he was going to have to wait until the check cleared the bank. Steve blew up my phone. 52 calls in 2 hours one evening and 48 calls the following morning so I had to switch my phone number and that was another $36.00. In the meantime I western unioned $800. to Washington to hold him over till the check cleared. The following day I went to the bank and they said that the check was no good. So I called the company the check was from and they said that Steve had stolen some of their checks and it was definitely fraudulent. Steve got very angry with me and said I was trying to make off with his money and that I owed him a lot. I have since cut all contact.
