I saw Rachel Ray's rave reviews about these two products, but I think she would be appalled at the misuse of her publicity. I visited the website and ordered the "30 day FREE Trial", only I was billed for the full amount prior to the end of 30 days without knowing until I saw my bank statement. I also saw that I had been billed again on November 12th for another $85.36. When I called to question the charges, I was reverted to a second number because the first was no longer in service. I was told that I had been sent a second shipment of the product that I did not request. Keyna(Customer Service Rep) stated that I had consented to this upon giving my credit card number for the trial. She said that she would send a return reciept and once they recieved the product back I would receive a refund of 79.41. First, I did not order the second batch of the product because it did not work. Second, I am not willing to pay for shipment to AND from my address for something I did not order. We wonder why people have difficulties losing weight in this country. It is because companies like this take advantage of our attempts to kick start our motivation of a healthy lifestyle.
