I got a text this morning telling me to log onto target contests.com and enter winning code 3847 to claim a free prize $1000 Target gift card.. I never enter into contest. Is this a scam?? The number that called me was 619 823 8924.. Its getting close to the holldays and people will try anything to get personal information.
