i order from here on Aug 15th they sent an email saying it had been shipped Aug.22. after 10 days and a week before my one year old party i had to call to find out where my stuff was. i was told it had not been shipped but i recieved a email telling me it had been on aug 22.so after talkin to Andy more than once in that week i was told he could atleat have it to me by that friday i even change the address to made sure i got it. I GOT NOTHING.Something in a box came like Wednesday.i called let them know i was sending it back cause the party was over already.i sent the order back and have not gotten my money back yet.i've called more than once i always get an excuses about why i haven't got it. and was told their company switch over.then i received an email on oct8. telling me i would get a check 3-4 days later its been 2weeks since that i have gotten nothing yet and now they have and answering service and wont returned mu calls.
