I ordered a ring of off there main page of there company's rings with stone set in them. The very next morning I informed them I wanted to cancel the order. A guy named Cleve called me right back to inform me it is a custom order and he would not refund my money.I told him the ring was of there already designed page and he still told me I would not receive a refund. Then sent me a email stating I get what I get no hard feelings its just business and the ring was already poured and the stone was scheduled to be cut already. I informed him that I thought he was lying to me due to the order just being placed not even 24 hours prier and I was going to go to my bank,It has now been 11 days I have tried contacting Cleve at least 15 time via email and phone and haven't got a single reply.
