Hyrdasupport illegally gained access to my debit card and charged my account. My bank contacted me as this merchant was already flagged as "suspicious" in their system and advised that my account was temporarily suspended until I confirmed authorization of this charge. My debit card was cancelled and a fraud claim was opened. I did my own investigation by contacting hydrasupport @ 877-906-6810 (this identifying info was provided in the description of my bank statement), and they told me that they provided tech support for thousands of merchants and the merchant who charged my account was known as Lifesytledealsnow.com. Hydrasupport cancelled my account and I looked up Lifestyledealsnow.com on the internet and when I called their customer service number I was shocked to discover that the rep who answered was from Hydrasupport and not from Lifestyledealsnow.com which has a completely different phone number! She appeared ignorant when I asked how come I couldn't reach someone at Lifestyledealsnow.com.

Hydrasupport.com and Lifestyledealsnow.com appear to be the same scandalous company with separate websites and phone numbers, but the same exact outgoing "hold" message on their incoming phone lines!

The buck doesn't stop here... I'm going after these fraudulent scum bags! What makes them think they can prey on innocent unsuspecting people and steal our money?!
