They even made up contracts

Attached to this email are the lease agreements for the Upper West
Side (340 W 87th St, New York, 10024) apartment you are trying to
sublease from Ms. Julia Lopez.

There are four attachments,three you will need to sign and the last
one is for formalities. The three you will need to sign are the
agreements and the last one is the sublease permission.

The refund agreement was drawn up to protect your interest as well as
of Ms. Lopez and Ms. Morgan given the circumstances with which you are
subleasing the place.You would need to go through the sublease
agreement, refund agreement and furniture list agreements sign your
parts accordingly (subtenant) and return it to us by fax or by email.

I urge you go through and sign these documents immediately, within the
hour if possible because there are alot of other people interested in
the apartment unit.
