Like a lot of people I did not think I would be charged when I signed up for Bidrack and was asked my credit card. The signup page was misleading and purposefully confusing.
To compound things, the bids that I supposedly "bought" never actually showed up in my Bidrack account until I noticed the charge on my credit card a couple weeks later and called the Bidrack customer support to request a refund. I did check multiple times before calling and the bids were not on my account. I want to stress that because I believe this is another proof of a willful attempt at scamming customers.
My requests for refund were met with the usual "no refund policy" response.
