I received a telephone call stating I had won a competition for a complete makeover for me and a guest - I couldn't remember entering a competition but the gentleman (Michael) said I had won a Platium package worth £800.00. He asked me to book a date with him - being the 22nd December 2012 at 11am or 4pm - I chose 11am.
He then said to guarantee us turning up we needed to pay a deposit of £50.00 each which was refundable once we were there.
Like a fool I paid. I then rang my daughter to ask if she had entered me into a competition - she said no. She looked into it and found on the consumer site that it is a scam - you DO NOT get your money back but are pressurised into buying a £500.00 photo pictures of your day. Some have said that they have found it hard to get out of the room you are in and they get quite nasty if you do not want to buy the pictures.
I would just like my money back - I have tried ringing them on 02073830818 but no-one answers the phone.
